Выбросы Углекислого Газа: Углеродный Баланс России

Abstract

В статье разработан метод расчета углеродного баланса России как составной части глобального баланса. Согласно расчетам, за период с 1990 по 2010 г. поглощение углекислого газа биотой суши РФ и океаном превышало выбросы с территории РФ на 6,6 ГтС. Однако анализ официальных материалов показал, что Россия в те годы была эмиттером углекислого газа, который пополнил атмосферу в объеме 6,5 ГтС.
