Abstract

Статья представляет собой первую часть исследования изменения роли государства в российском крупном бизнесе в 2000-2013 гг. В качестве основного инструмента используется анализ главных сделок и решений, связанных с приватизацией, национализацией и консолидацией государственных активов. Рассмотрена динамика соотношения между частным и государственным секторами в разрезе ведущих отраслей и секторов экономики, формулируются гипотезы о системе мотивов, которыми руководствуется государство. (Во второй части исследования те же процессы будут рассмотрены в разрезе основных реальных игроков, их целей, стратегий, приобретений и потерь.)
