Оценка Вариантов Политики Экономического Регулирования С Помощью Межрегионального Инструментария «Платежи-Доходы»

Abstract

В статье представлен пионерный опыт расширения межрегиональных моделей межотраслевого баланса до схем «платежи-доходы», привлекающих финансовый аспект производственных связей. Удалось соединить оптимизационные модели этого класса с инструментарием расчета укрупненных ценовых индексов, обладающих свойствами текущих цен. Это позволяет строить сводные межотраслевые, региональные и межрегиональные финансовые балансы для различных вариантов прогноза материально-вещественной структуры производства.
