Регионы России: Современное Состояние И Проблема Перехода К Устойчивому Развитию

Abstract

На основе анализа тенденций регионального развития в 90-е годы обосновываются: необходимость формирования экономической системы устойчивого развития (воспроизводственной экономики); положение о роли регионов как субъектов устойчивого развития, организаторов перехода от экономики использования ресурсов к экономике их системного воспроизводства. Рассматриваются некоторые, главным образом, внешнеэкономические и социальные условия перехода к устойчивому развитию.
