Abstract

В статье представлены итоги эмпирического анализа эволюции институтов на микроуровне, проведенного авторами в 1999-2002 гг. на примере корпораций Уральского региона; раскрывается логика развития систем корпоративных ценностей в процессе демократизации; анализируется формирование норм корпоративного поведения, исследуются условия и тенденции их развития.
