Abstract

В статье рассмотрена ситуация на мировых рынках нефти и природного газа, прежде всего европейском и азиатско-тихоокеанском, прилегающих к России, так как они представляют наибольший интерес для российских экспортеров. В среднесрочной перспективе ожидается, что экспорт жидкого топлива можно будет сохранить на практически неизменном уровне, если производители нефти сумеют сократить внутренние издержки, а налоговая нагрузка на нефтяную промышленность будет ослаблена. Российский природный газ имеет хорошие перспективы для дальнейшего развития экспорта. Но на этом рынке будет наблюдаться острая конкурентная борьба, что потребует принятия ответственных мер государственного регулирования. При ожидаемых низких ценах в среднесрочной перспективе экспорт нефти и газа будут иметь низкую рентабельность, что явится сдерживающим фактором для инвесторов. Авторы намечают основные стратегические направления экспортной политики на ближайшие годы.
