Abstract

В статье приводятся последовательная теоретическая трактовка ренты полезных ископаемых как дохода государства от его собственности (недр), а также метод количественной оценки ее суммарного объема по данным официальной статистики (на примере нефтяного комплекса). Рассматривается роль рентных платежей в бюджет с точки зрения интересов государства и рентообразующих отраслей.
