Abstract

В статье исследуется качественная структура экономики в контексте диверсификации производства как механизма устойчивого экономического роста. Обоснован вывод о том, что стимулирование диверсификации выпуска для производств с повышенной специализацией технологии могло бы быть реальной альтернативой поиску «локомотивных отраслей» и макроэкономическим механизмам регулирования. В развитие идеи о взаимосвязи теорий качественной неоднородности ресурсов и специфических активов предлагается при исследовании распределения в народном хозяйстве ресурсов второго порядка (технологической структуры экономики) использовать известные подходы к измерению рыночной концентрации, рыночной власти и неравномерности рыночных долей.
