Трансакционные Издержки Вхождения На Рынок Предприятий Малого Бизнеса

Abstract

В статье дается экономико-социологический анализ динамики трансакционных издержек преодоления барьеров входа на рынок предприятий малого бизнеса. На базе анкетного опроса и интервьюирования предпринимателей определены основные тенденции изменения высоты и конфигурации барьеров входа за десять лет развития российского предпринимательства. Показана динамика иерархии проблем начального периода, а также трансформация практики ведения диалога с представителями власти и партнерами, в том числе силовых структур.
