Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы внешнеэкономических связей субъектов Российской Федерации и регулирования их внешнеэкономической деятельности в условиях существенной самостоятельности, предоставленной им в 90-е годы. На основе таможенной статистики дана классификация регионов по степени активности их участия во внешнеэкономических связях страны. Подчеркнута необходимость преодоления сложившихся в последние годы противоречий между федеральными и региональными правовыми нормами внешнеэкономической деятельности. Определен набор факторов, которые, по мнению авторов, будут содействовать сохранению единого экономического пространства на территории России в условиях внешнеэкономической открытости страны.
