Abstract

В статье предлагаются система понятий и аналитическая схема, позволяющие объяснить негативное влияние налоговых реформ на экономический рост в России. Введенная классификация фискальных реформ, включающая понятия фискальных квазии псевдоловушек, позволяет глубже понять специфику происходящих в стране институциональных трансформаций. Дана количественная оценка депрессивного эффекта фискальных квазиловушек для отечественного производства1.
