Реструктуризация Предприятий: От Локальных Решений К Системному Подходу

Abstract

Российские предприятия нуждаются в повышении общей устойчивости, стабильности. На макроуровне эту задачу пытаются решить то на путях либерализации, то огосударствления экономики. На микроуровне локальные реструктуризационные процедуры соседствуют с множеством стихийных предпринимательских усилий к выживанию. В статье показывается, что устойчивость и стабильность российской экономики от этого только ослабевают, в частности, теряется управляемость затрат и доходов на уровне предприятий, растет дефицит инвестиционных ресурсов предприятий. Автор рассматривает антикризисные меры, предпринимаемые предприятиями, и возможные ошибки реструктуризации.
