Abstract

В статье рассматриваются макроэкономические прогнозы развития ТЭК России до 2030-2040 гг., основанные на прогнозах экономического развития страны (разработанных в ИНП РАН), прогнозных оценках экономики добычи основных видов топлива, участия России в обеспечении мировых потребностей в нефти и газе, прогресса в освоении новых источников энергии. Показано, что в рассматриваемой перспективе выбросы углекислого газа объектами ТЭК в соответствии с ожидаемым спросом на энергоносители и предполагаемыми изменениями в структуре и технологической базе ТЭК не превысят уровня 1990 г., зафиксированного в Киотском протоколе. Показано, что ежегодные объемы инвестиций в ТЭК к 2030 г. должны, по крайней мере, удвоиться по сравнению с требуемыми в 2000-2010 гг., а к 2040 г. возрасти еще на 15-20%.
