Abstract

В статье на примере ассоциации экономического взаимодействия «Северо-Запад» анализируется эффективность этой новой формы территориальной организации хозяйства, ее роль в разработке прогнозов и определении приоритетных направлений социальноэкономического развития регионов России. Раскрываются возможности ассоциаций в качестве межрегиональных образований, обеспечивающих взаимодействие субъектов Федерации с федеральными органами власти, рассматривается вопрос о повышении статуса ассоциаций и трансформации их в перспективе совместно с федеральными округами в ассоциированные органы управления народным хозяйством страны в условиях рыночной экономики.
