Развитие Российской Экономики В Посткризисный Период (Макроэкономический Аспект)

Abstract

В статье рассматривается механизм, факторы и ресурсы посткризисного экономического роста. Отмечается, что в период 1999-2001 гг. в российской экономике сформировалась специфическая модель экономического подъема, опирающаяся на имеющиеся незадействованные ресурсы. В 2002 г. наметился возврат к прежней, экспортно-сырьевой модели развития, что сопряжено с риском падения темпов экономического роста в среднесрочной перспективе. Возможности содержательной альтернативы инерционному экспортно-сырьевому развитию будут рассмотрены в одном из последующих номеров.
