Abstract

Публикуемая ниже незавершенная рукописьакадемика Ю.В. Яременко, основателя и главного редактора журнала «Проблемы прогнозирования» в 1990-1996 гг., относится к 1995г. В ней излагаются обосновываемые автором приоритеты целенаправленного преобразования структуры отечественной экономики исходя из анализа ее особенностей. В современных условиях, когда задачи перестройки структуры экономики продолжают оставаться нерешенными, основные мысли автора сохраняют свою актуальность и воспринимаются с интересом.
