Макроэкономический Анализ Взаимосвязи Динамики Отраслевых Рынков Труда И Системы Образования

Abstract

В статье обсуждаются вопросы взаимодействия сферы занятости, рынка труда и системы профессионального образования. Оценивается роль системы образования в существующем комплексе народнохозяйственных взаимосвязей. Предложена модификация модели согласования спроса на труд и его предложения, включающая наряду с отраслями экономики систему образования по ее уровням. Рассмотрена динамика коэффициентов модели и проведен их сравнительный анализ для отраслей экономики и системы образования. Даны перспективные оценки развития системы образования во взаимосвязи со сферой занятости и рынком труда. Сделаны выводы об эффективности согласования спроса на труд и его предложения и роли системы образования в этом процессе.
