Abstract

В статье приводятся оценки функций занятости в отраслях экономики и промышленности России в сравнении с результатами предшествующих исследований. Представлена модель спроса и предложения труда в отраслях экономики России. Обосновывается использование человеко-часов отработанного времени в качестве более адекватного измерителя затрат труда. Приводятся эконометрические оценки модели. Анализируются некоторые экспериментальные прогнозно-аналитические расчеты.
