Экономическая Теория И Реальность: Влияние На Эффективность Инвестиционных Решений Российских Корпораций Инсайдерских Способов Распределения Доходов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются сложившиеся в переходный период закономерности распределения прав собственности, которые в крупном и среднем российском бизнесе оказывают мощное негативное воздействие на формирование инвестиционных решений. По результатам исследования систем инвестиционного планирования и материального стимулирования 11-ти крупных и 3-х средних российских компаний констатируется, что в большинстве из них инсайдерские группы (крупные собственники и топменеджеры) отвлекают средства фирм на выгодные для себя цели; менеджеры-оппортунисты блокируют исполнение отдельных этапов инвестиционного планирования, манипулируют финансовыми средствами и за взятки заключают невыгодные для компаний инвестиционные контракты. Обосновывается вывод о необходимости изменения системы материального стимулирования инициаторов проектов и лиц, управляющих инвестиционной деятельностью, а также рядовых членов корпораций.
