Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы коммерциализации инноваций в условиях формирующейся рыночной экономики России. Проведено сопоставление организационно-экономических механизмов финансирования инноваций, действовавших в условиях планово-директивной экономики и формирующихся в настоящее время. Подробно изложен международный опыт развитых стран при создании механизмов и инфраструктуры для поддержки инноваций. Выявлены возможности построения организационно-экономических и правовых форм содействия инновациям в России.
