Причины Спада И Предпосылки Возрождения Химического Комплекса России

Abstract

В последние годы в экономической литературе большое внимание уделяется проблеме ухудшения состояния экономики России, в частности промышленного комплекса. Анализ причин происходящих процессов либо отсутствует, либо сводится к признанию в качестве важнейших из них отрицательных последствий разрушения экономического пространства после развала СССР и возросших импортных возможностей. Эти процессы, безусловно, сыграли отрицательную роль, однако реально количество факторов, повлекших сокращение промышленного производства, значительно больше. Исследованию влияния этих факторов на изменение масштабов производства на примере химического комплекса, оценке негативных последствий и возможностям их преодоления посвящена статья.
