Построение Системы Платежного Союза Как Часть Геополитической Стратегии

Abstract

Статья рассматривает историю послевоенного сотрудничества стран Западной Европы в целях восстановления и развития экономики как пример для сегодняшних решений в сфере экономического сотрудничества стран с переходной экономикой. Показано, что чисто двусторонние программы экономической помощи США странам Европы оказались тупиковыми и что в современной геополитической ситуации существуют благоприятные предпосылки для создания системы межстранового Платежного союза, стимулирующего экономический рост в восточной части Европы. Делается вывод, что помощь странам с переходной экономикой можно рассматривать как способ поддержки роста экономик Западной Европы и США подобно тому, как послевоенная помощь Европе одновременно стимулировала развитие экономики США.
