Базовая Инфляция И Влияние Денежных Факторов На Инфляционные Процессы

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема выбора индекса инфляции в качестве индикатора, характеризующего денежную политику. В этих целях предлагается использовать показатель базовой инфляции, который не учитывает влияния цен на платные услуги, зависимых от политики правительства, а также цен на сельскохозяйственную продукцию, имеющих ярко выраженную сезонность и зависящих от динамики цен на мировых рынках. Показано, что базовая инфляция в значительной мере определяется динамикой денежного предложения.
