Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности перехода российской экономики на инновационно-инвестиционный путь развития. Показывается, что для реализации такого пути необходимо кардинальное изменение механизмов финансирования экономического роста и бизнес-стратегий частного сектора. Особое внимание уделено роли финансирования предприятий с помощью эмиссий ценных бумаг и жилищного финансирования как важнейших факторов, обеспечивающих инновационный прорыв.
