Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость качественного изменения модели участия России в глобализирующихся мирохозяйственных связях, рассматриваются направления укрепления позиций России в мировой торговле и преодоления сложившейся в международном перемещении ресурсов роли страны как нетто-инвестора, должника и экспортера сырья, анализируются причины слабой конкурентоспособности многих секторов экономики и условия мобилизации и наращивания конкурентного потенциала национальных предприятий.
