Abstract

В статье анализируются современное состояние и проблемы, сдерживающие развитие потенциала строительного комплекса как производственно-технологического механизма, обеспечивающего функционирование и развитие национальной экономики. Обосновывается методический подход к разработке концепции прогноза строительного комплекса, приводится его содержание. Излагаются объективные предпосылки и условия, определяющие количественные и качественные параметры развития комплекса в перспективе, а также требования, предъявляемые экономикой к перспективной структуре создаваемой строительной продукции. Характеризуются возможные временные этапы преобразования строительного комплекса.
