Инвестирование В Основной Капитал И Строительный Комплекс: Анализ И Оценка Возможностей

Abstract

Анализируется современная система мотивов и факторов, побуждающих осуществлять инвестирование в основной капитал. Показывается, что в условиях спада производства израсходованные в последние 10 лет бюджетные средства на производственное строительство не дали ожидаемой отдачи. Отмечается, что отсутствует официальная информация, характеризующая состояние производственных мощностей и объектов, введенных в действие за счет средств федеральной инвестиционной программы. Излагаются результаты оценки потенциала строительного комплекса и его возможностей в осуществлении структурной перестройки.
