Управление Развитием Производительных Сил Северных Регионов На Уровне Субъекта Федерации: Возможности Региональных Межотраслевых Балансов В Натуральной Форме

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены возможности и ограничения управления развитием производительных сил северных регионов на уровне субъекта Федерации. Обоснован вывод о том, что целью региональной экономической политики, которой было бы целесообразно руководствоваться администрации субъектов Федерации в северных регионах России, может быть увеличение совокупного регионального богатства. Основной экономической проблемой обсуждаемого подхода является проблема квантификации (введения меры устойчивости развития). Показано, что для решения этой проблемы может оказаться перспективным подход на основе построения региональных межотраслевых балансов в натуральной форме.
