О Перспективах Экономического Роста В России

Abstract

В статье характеризуются итоги 3-летнего экономического роста в России (1999-2001 гг.), анализируются основные факторы, предопределившие позитивную экономическую динамику этого периода, приводятся обоснования и расчеты, аргументирующие неизбежность существенного замедления темпов экономического роста в ближайшие 2 года. В частности, в качестве важнейшего фактора ухудшения внутриэкономической конъюнктуры рассматривается намечаемое повышение тарифов на услуги отраслей-монополистов.
