Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы количественного измерения экономических последствий вступления России в ВТО. При этом основное внимание уделено анализу воздействия предполагаемого изменения уровня внешнеторговых пошлин на динамику импорта и внутреннего производства. В статье вводится понятие «эквивалентная пошлина» как ключевое в предлагаемой методике количественного анализа.
