Abstract

В статье анализируются направления координации территориальных бюджетов с другими финансовыми подсистемами регионов и муниципальных образований. Особое внимание уделено совершенствованию трансфертов из Федерального фонда финансовой поддержки регионов более полному учету в них достигнутого уровня собственных бюджетных доходов. Приводятся результаты соответствующих экспериментальных расчетов.
