Экономический Рост В России: Количественная И Качественная Составляющие

Abstract

В статье рассматривается воздействие качественных изменений в экономике на уровень ее развития и динамику. Предлагаются подход к измерению качественной и количественной компонент экономического роста, а также методика расчета его интегральной характеристики, учитывающей динамику относительного роста качества национального производства в рамках мировой экономики. Даются альтернативные оценки динамики экономики России в 1992-2003 гг. с учетом изменения относительного качества продукции и услуг.
