Валютный Рынок России: Оценка Сценариев Развития На Краткои Среднесрочную Перспективу

Abstract

В статье определяются основные критерии и параметры эффективной валютной стратегии для России. Подробно рассматриваются возможности и результаты применения инструментов системы валютного регулирования, также дается оценка последствий либерализации сферы валютного обращения. В работе формулируется задача обеспечения валютнофинансовой безопасности российского государства и рассматриваются способы ее решения в контексте текущей экономической ситуации и государственной политики. Отдельно анализируются проблемы выплаты внешнего долга и борьбы с нелегальным и полулегальным вывозом капитала.
