Abstract

В статье рассмотрены информационная база для мониторинга научно-технической сферы России и основные подходы к формированию ее прогнозов на краткои среднесрочный периоды, прогнозные оценки финансирования науки наряду с общими тенденциями, которые складываются в системе материального обеспечения сферы исследований и разработок.
