Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможности продвижения России по пути формирования информационно-индустриального общества на основе развития человеческого потенциала, модернизации основного капитала и повышения технологического уровня производства. Исходя из сложившейся экономической ситуации, нормы накопления и условий, позволяющих более полно использовать образующиеся в стране сбережения, показано, что модернизация экономики, создание предпосылок социально-инновационного развития и основ для формирования нового облика экономики возможны в течение 6-7 лет.
