Долгосрочные Перспективы Развития Российского Информационно-Коммуникационного Комплекса

Abstract

В статье представлен среднесрочный и долгосрочный прогноз развития российского инфокоммуникационного комплекса (ИКК). Для каждого периода рассмотрены инерционный и инновационно-инвестиционный варианты. Полученные результаты показывают, что за период с 2010 по 2030 г. объем выпуска российского ИКК увеличится: при реализации инвестиционного сценария в 3,5-4 раза, инерционного в 2-2,5 раза. Это связано с ограниченностью как частных, так и государственный ресурсов для масштабных инвестиций в сектор, с отсутствием базисной инновации в области инфокоммуникационных технологий, которая могла бы дать значительный экономический эффект и стать основой нового технологического уклада. В итоге делается вывод, что ИКК подходит к исчерпанию потенциала расширения рынков.
