Abstract

В статье рассмотрены способы использования в работе государственных контролеров сведений о фактически произведенных инвестициях в основной капитал для решения двух практических вопросов: определения прогнозных объемов поступлений налога на имущество организаций и степени достоверности технико-экономических обоснований участия города в уставных капиталах хозяйственных обществ. Предложена оригинальная методика расчета роста поступлений налога, базирующаяся на учете закономерностей процесса воспроизводства основных фондов.
