Abstract

В статье предпринята попытка обосновать приоритет государственной политики в общем объеме социально-экономических проблем, следуя которому можно решить комплекс задач по преодолению бедности, повышению уровня жизни и стимулированию экономического роста. Это, на взгляд автора решительное повышение цены труда категории, которая соединяет в себе социальное и экономическое в современном обществе. Поэтому управленческое воздействие именно в этой области наиболее эффективно в целях желаемого роста экономики.
