Совершенствование Ценообразования В Электроэнергетике И Рост Доходов Населения

Abstract

В статье с использованием методов кластерного и факторного анализов исследована зависимость величины тарифов на электроэнергию для населения от часовой заработной платы в 20 зарубежных странах. На основе изучения мирового опыта доказывается, что в России увеличение тарифов на электроэнергию для населения должно сопровождаться ростом доходов большинства граждан страны благодаря положительной динамике экономического развития, снижению удельного веса теневого сектора, улучшению собираемости налогов, сокращению объемов вывоза капитала за границу. При этом важнейшее значение имеет резкое уменьшение неоправданно высокой дифференциации доходов населения страны.
