Альтернативная Оценка Стоимости Основных Фондов И Финансового Положения Железнодорожного Транспорта России

Abstract

В статье выполнены оценки состояния материально-технической базы железнодорожного транспорта, выявлены его реальное финансовое положение и возможные перспективы развития. Основные расчеты проведены по данным за 2006 и 2007 гг. годы, которые по многим показателям были самыми успешными для железных дорог за всю их постсоветскую историю. Статья дает ответ на вопрос: насколько позитивные сдвиги последних лет позволили преодолеть негативную инерцию прошлого? И самое главное удалось ли отрасли нарастить транспортные резервы и создать инфраструктурные возможности для роста российской экономики?
