Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы и перспективы развития банковского карточного бизнеса в России. В отличие от многочисленных публикаций по данной тематике в основном рекламно-публицистического характера настоящая статья посвящена изучению опыта развития безналичных платежных систем в США и Западной Европе и его возможной адаптации к российским условиям. В следующем номере планируется опубликовать еще одну статью, непосредственно ориентированную на исследование проблем и тенденций развития безналичных платежных систем в России.
