Abstract

В статье рассматривается новый подход к совершенствованию оценок состава и численности бедных в стране. Авторы предлагают радикальные изменения существующего порядка идентификации бедных, заключающиеся в переходе от средних по региону (стране) показателей черты бедности к системе индивидуальных показателей, учитывающих основные особенности каждого человека. Экспериментальные расчеты подтверждают действенность предложенных методик идентификации и подхода в целом.
