Abstract

В статье приводятся результаты сравнительного анализа динамики рождаемости в России в целом и в малых городах уральского региона за 2006-2010 гг. Методом структурной декомпозиции исследованы отдельные компоненты динамических рядов рождаемости. Анализ выявил, что репродуктивное поведение жителей малых городов более чувствительно (по сравнению с населением России в целом) к воздействию различных факторов, что для малых городов необходимо разрабатывать особые меры, направленные на рост рождаемости. Эти меры должны учитывать специфику динамики демографических процессов, населения и образа жизни в малых городах, более высокий (по сравнению с крупными городами) потенциал эффективности внешних воздействий
