Организация Инновационной Деятельности В Строительном Комплексе

Abstract

В статье анализируются направления и цели инновационной деятельности в строительном комплексе во взаимосвязи с развитием других отраслей национальной экономики. Характеризуются цели, структура и экономическая эффективность государственной научно-технической программы «Стройпрогресс», являющейся составной частью Федеральной целевой научно-технической программы «Исследования и разработки по приоритетным направлениям развития науки и техники». Излагаются научно-методологические принципы финансовой поддержки инновационных проектов, реализуемых в ЗАО «Научно-производственная фирма «Стройпрогресс-Новый век», а также особенности функционирования этой системы применительно к укрупненным стадиям жизненного цикла научно-технической разработки. Рассматриваются недостатки существующих налоговых льгот для стимулирования инновационной деятельности в России в сравнении с развитыми странами. Вносятся некоторые предложения по усовершенствованию российского законодательства в этой сфере.
