Abstract

В статье обосновываются следующие положения. В условиях резких колебаний мировых цен на нефть и газ, а также валютного курса рубля, необходимо совместное комплексное регулирование внутренних цен на топливно-энергетические ресурсы, курса рубля и нормативов налоговых и таможенных отчислений. При этом снижение относительного уровня цен на энергоресурсы не должно быть специальной целью энергетической политики. Целесообразно достигнуть тех же экономических результатов путем снижения общей налоговой нагрузки на производственный сектор за счет повышения налогов рентного типа на ТЭК.
