Abstract

В статье рассматривается ситуация в сфере финансирования научных исследований в России в последнее десятилетие, обосновывается необходимость принятия государственной инновационной стратегии обеспечения «прорыва» науки к материализации исследований в новых технологиях, показаны роль и место Государственных научных центров в системе организации науки, в реанимации циклов «исследование-производство», в создании техники и технологии инновационного типа, сформулированы приоритеты в бюджетном финансировании фундаментальных исследований и НИОКР.
