Abstract

Долгосрочный прогноз в течение почти двух десятилетий советского периода оставался главным выходным продуктом научного коллектива, руководимого Ю.В. Яременко. Комплексная программа научно-технического прогресса на 20 лет и соответствующий долгосрочный прогноз являлись важнейшим предплановым документом, обосновывающим приоритетные направления экономической политики. В последующие годы в условиях хаотичной трансформации экономики России интерес к долгосрочному прогнозированию был утерян, и только сейчас после нескольких лет восстановительного подъема вновь возникла потребность в оценке долгосрочной перспективы экономического развития страны. В данной работе предпринята попытка в традициях школы академика Ю.В. Яременко восстановить культуру долгосрочного сценарного прогнозирования, рассмотреть не только возможные альтернативы, но и проблемы современного экономического развития России через призму будущего.
