Abstract

Публикуемая работа была выполнена для Российского агентства малого и среднего бизнеса в 1997 г. в рамках проекта «Проблемы отражения особенностей малого бизнеса при разработке механизма отбора и экспертизы инвестиционных проектов». Тема работы выходит за рамки основного направления научной деятельности А.И. Гладышевского анализа инвестиционнофондовых факторов экономического роста, что свидетельствует о широте его научных интересов и профессиональных знаний. Работа, написанная доступно и вместе с тем на высоком научном уровне, безусловно, заслуживает внимания, поскольку остается актуальной по прошествии достаточно длительного времени ее рекомендациями по разработке механизма отбора инвестиционных проектов пользуются и в настоящее время.
