О Возможностях Налогообложения Дополнительных Доходов В Нефтяной И Газовой Отраслях

Abstract

В статье анализируются масштабы и структура дополнительных доходов в нефтяной и газовой промышленности. Обосновывается вывод о том, что данные доходы связаны преимущественно с недооценкой рубля относительно паритета покупательной способности, а также с фактором внешнеэкономической конъюнктуры роль же «природной ренты» невелика. Обсуждаются механизмы изъятия таких доходов.
