Abstract

В статье предлагается методический подход к оценке влияния характера неопределенности исходных параметров на конкурентоспособность вариантов энергои топливоснабжения в региональных системах. Показано, что это влияние может быть существенным и должно учитываться при прогнозных исследованиях, предшествующих принятию крупномасштабных инвестиционных решений в ТЭК.
